RETURN POLICY

  • Item(s) can be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund.
  • Or within 45 days of purchase for store credit.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and free of stains and odors.
  • Tags and hygienic liner must be attached
      - Please try on swimwear over underwear and do not remove hygienic liner.
  • If above requirements are not met, no store credit/refund can be issued.
      - We are not responsible for sending the item(s) back to you.

 EXCHANGES

  • We do not facilitate exchanges. The quickest way to get a replacement is to order the correct item online and send the original back for a refund. 

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

  • Email us at info@outcasty.com
  • Include order number in the email
  • If you return request is approved, you will receive and email with further instructions!
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

HOW DO I GET A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL?

  • Ask for shipping label in your email about return
  • Return shipping label will be emailed to you with return instructions!
  • The cost of the return shipping will be taken out of your refund/store credit. Easy peasy!
  • Email us at info@outcasty.com and we'll take it from there!

 WRONG PRODUCT or PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED?

  • Email us and we'll make it right!   info@outcasty.com
  • Please email us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a photo of the item and we'll help you out!

DO I HAVE TO USE THE ORIGINAL OUTCASTY PACKAGING OR CAN I USE MY OWN?

We prefer you recycle the Outcasty packaging, but you can use whatever packaging you'd like.

CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE TO THE BROOKLYN, NY STORE?

Only purchases made at our Brooklyn shop can be returned or exchanged at the shop. Online order If you need assistance in returning your order please email our Customer Service team at info@outcasty.com and they will be able to initiate your return.

I LIVE IN CANADA. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? 

Of course! If you are willing to pay to have the item(s) shipped back to us we'll refund or issue a store credit for the product amount.  Unfortunately we are not able to refund shipping, taxes, or duty collected on international orders.
